Elan Schapiro
Chairman of the partner assembly and State Authorised Public Accountant
Elan has more than 20 years of experience as an accountant and advisor for small and medium-sized companies in regards to establishment, corporate structures and restructuring and generational change of companies. He has extensive experience with distressed companies, insolvency and reconstruction, both out-of-court and in-house as accounting officer.
Furthermore, Elan is specialized in advising wealthy families, including assisting in negotiations with external asset managers, optimizing income and wealth in various tax environments, advising family offices and generational change.
Elan is along with Anders Ingemann Hansen responsible for everything that has to do with taxes in Christensen Kjærulff’s cooperation with Nexia International.
Elan is also an experienced lecturer; he teaches future state authorised public accountants and at internal and external courses. Finally, he is an external examiner at Copenhagen Business School in the MSc Program in Economics and Business Studies.
